  • Water Supply: Continue drinking 233 liters of fresh water daily. (Using the 5-6-5 Method. Meaning you commit to drinking one 500ml bottle of water every hour for any 5 or 6 hour block within the day, repeating it for 5 days a (week).

  • Hydration Boosters: Lemon, Mint, Cucumber, Watermelon and Ginger.

  • Superfood Supplements: Hemp Seed Oil, Moringa Powder. Total Food.

  • Ongoing Digestive Support: Oxi-Flush, Digestive Enzymes, Probiotics, Zeo Flush.

Morning Routine

  • Start with Liquid Oxygen (5-10 drops in water, increasing up to 35 drops) to keep your body and blood well oxygenated and energised to perform your daily tasks.
